International Culture Types

I think that the four culture types model has now become too limited. Not many of the types work well for third-world country or current developing nation cultures..
Who knows of a corporate culture model like the one from Kennedy and Deal, but usable for organizations in a more international context?

Culture Types

Hi Jessie, I'm not sure when you posted this question but I do think I have the answer. We developed a culture model that is universally applicable for organisations all over the world. It's not based on the rather US focused Deal & Kennedy thinking but takes the Quinn model of Competing Values as a starting point. If you want more information just contact me.
