You could analyze the maturity on diverse aspects like motivation, behaviour, management, embedding, direction.

Hello Jan, I think you need to ask a different question. You'd need to evaluate the maturity of the organisation as a customer-centered marketing organisation.
Evaluating "CRM culture" is akin to evaluation the organisation "publicity culture" -- the kinds of ad they do doesn't really help, unless you have the marketing framework they are using. Good luck.
