I reckon the best thing you can hope for is a regular refresh of your product/ services, and repeat purchase because of good customer satisfaction... Loyalty must be earned.

Loyalty must be earned... Of course, but how can that be done? Maybe surprising the customer continuously with the best service or giving them an added value they never hope for?
 

 
Customer Loyalty can not be Guarenteed

Customer loyalty is something which no company can guarantee. Even after exceeding their expectations, this no where guarantees that the customer will be loyal.
I believe, it's the rapport, the relationship you maintain with the customer makes them loyal. If there is any breach in the contract of the relationship then the customer reacts.
