7 Habits as Part of the Corporate Culture

A 7 habit culture must be created within the organisation, and it is the role of the managers to constantly give and receive feedback of how things are being done.
What is important in this process is the communication between management and employees. The habit should form part of the day to day activities and all employees should be commited to it and make it part of their corporate culture.

In Feb 2014, version 4.0 of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People signature program will be launched. The key theme is that Culture is an organization's ultimate competitive advantage.
The latest edition also recognizes the importance of coaching the organization's leaders.
In March 2014, a 7 Habits Leader Implementation program will be made available. The aim is to show leaders who have attended a 7 Habits session how to keep the 7 Habits alive in their organization.
