Without effective communication, managers and subordinates have the tendency to misunderstand each other. This often leads to conflict. Managers must try to implement the 7 habits at all levels in an organisation.

7 Habits as Part of the Corporate Culture

A 7 habit culture must be created within the organisation, and it is the role of the managers to constantly give and receive feedback of how things are being done.
What is important in this process is the communication between management and employees. The habit should form part of the day to day activities and all employees should be commited to it and make it part of their corporate culture.
