Unification of Global Inter-relationships to Responsibly Sustain Food, Shelter and Work

In a world that is socially inter-mingling culture, religion and values, the old ways of coping through destructive competition by subjugation to beget revolution, war and pestilence must be replaced with intelligent planning to share global time, resources and budgets. All is connected. There must be a global agreement/consensus to corroborate global human priorities to communicate across the great human divides to cooperate, coordinate and collaborate for survival.
The disaster movies are a warning window into the future of ineffective planning to beget organizational chaos in face of risk, to showcase the human spirit under duress. Do we really need to experience the destructive duress that was/is and will be forthcoming to find leadership? Can we collectively find leadership to prevent, warn-of and contain risk before it happens to prepare?
The biggest challenge is ourselves to determine whether the individual need for security can be collectively harnessed socially to stop the fear-driven destruction from a fragmented human spirit. The pieces of the puzzle are here, there and everywhere to help construct the vision for the mission to implement politically, waiting for leadership. We know that leadership does not always come from the top and may at times come from the bottom and the sides.
The 12manage site with its international connections may assist in formulating a unified theory to construct a human social element that may appeal to the human masses across their divides to encourage respect, dignity and health for all, especially our planetary environment that is necessary for survival of all. In absence of such a great need I/we may help fill a vacuum, to activate the reception for unification of the human spirit into all for one and one for all, by individuals, organizations and governments.
