Measuring Corporate Reputation

In order to obtain a corporate reputation both within and across industries, we need to have a common perception of related measuring indicators. Suitable perception indicators are defined in excellence award models such as EFQM
version 2003 (European Foundation for Quality Management) and application of these definitions and indicators could enable us to determine the corporate reputation and the comparison of the already measured results with the results of other similar industries or competitive market.
