Governance in Public Sector Organisations

I would like to share with you my ideas regarding my DBA thesis, the aim of my study is to determine and analyse the barriers of implementing governance in public sector organisations in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The research is conducted on the environment agency of Abu Dhabi as a case study. I’m intending through holding a series of interviews with different level managers to identify the main barriers that hampers the implementation of the governance at the environment agency in Abu Dhabi.
