Involving End Users in the Innovation Process
Is it reasonable to involve end users in the innovation process within the company (during product development) at all the stages of the Stage-Gate model?

Involving End-users in Innovation
I think this is a good question. In my opinion it is reasonable to do it, since end-users ultimately have to adopt/use the innovation. But I don't think they should be involved in ALL stages, but only in one or two stages at the end.

Early Involvement of End-users in Innovation is Important
It is important to involve end users during the definition of needs and development of early concepts. It is too late at end stages.
