Competencies and Project Work
Antonio Carretta, Member
Competencies are the visible behaviors reflecting our attitudes, traits and values when we apply our know how at solving problems.
On the other hand, PW is a specific organizational model for dealing with problems and accomplishing goals on time and on budget.
In order to define which competencies are best fitting with some PW, we need to thoroughly analyze the specific PW nature.
As an example, if the PW requires a team effort to be carried on, we need to verify if team mates and team leader have the basic relationship management competency. And so on and so forth.
