  That's the main problem.. How to make people eager to share their knowledge as still individual competition exists in the company...

  Knowledge is seen as power by many which is why a lot of people do not wish to share it.
We need to breakdown these barriers internally to obtain the benifits of their knowledge

  Recognition of Knowledge Sharing

  People need individual recognition (by peers or by the enterprise).
Sharing knowledge could be part of the workers' job description and they should be evaluated and remunerated for that. Experts' papers could be published by the enterprise.
