: An organisation cannot exist without individual competition
for self esteem and self actualisation through their individual knowledge base.
To achieve knowledge sharing individually, the organisation has the task of analysing which motivational tools will best motivate this employee, providing individual recognition
based on their contribution to idea generation and knowledge base.
And more so by giving them public praise within the organisation
during general meetings. In doing of all these, employee would find it more rewarding in sharing their knowledge and ideas, since there are many intrinsic and extrinsic benefits attached to it.
This will enhance efficiency and effectiveness both within the functional and the managerial levels.
