This morning I facilitated a workshop around with the aim of getting people to connect and talk to fill knowledge gaps. There was no technology, and it was a stand up event. I had them do two rounds of one-on-one exchange of a topic they are working on ("SHARE") and a topic they need knowledge in ("LEARN"). It was engaging, fun and very effective. At the end they had to write their share and learn topics, with name and extension number onto post-it notes and stick them up onto the share and learn lists. These were then fixed to the wall opposite the photocopier, in the main traffic area so people can see, add, connect and exchange... Let's hope the momentum keeps up! (...) Read more?
