Chain of Level 5 Leaders
We can link more leaders here who lived in this world separated by time and separated by geographical boundaries. Let me start from Thoreau who lived in U.S.A. His article 'civil disobedience' was first published in 1849. After his life time Gandhi read that article while he was in South Africa and later in India as part of freedom movement, he initiated 'civil disobedience movement' that literally shook the British empire. Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela got influenced by Mahatma Gandhi and they changed the world in their life time. Would we have seen Obama as president if Martin Luther King and Abraham Lincoln did not exist? This kind of chain will continue, keeping the world going, in spite of negativity getting built across.
Level 5 leadership is beyond time and beyond boundaries.
