Level 5 Leaders are the real leaders, they are determined consistent and yet shy and humble. They don't show off themself, don't take the credit of company's success.
How many leaders have you come across who say that the company is successful because my people worked hard? "I just happened to worked here too".
That is what we call a level 5 leader.
