I would like us to discuss how level 5 leaders contribute to creating and enriching organizational culture and in what way?
Since Level 5 leaders are expected to be above average, how do they influence organizational culture to also bring that above the average - which assessment methodologies do they use to establish baseline and how do they position themselves in the organizational power structure? Any thoughts?
