Adding Two More Hats in People Involved

Krueger takes cognizance of four types of major players involved or appear to be directly involved in change management. Bono's Six Hats mention two more types: the organizer ( blue) and the objective ( white) who participate in brainstorming, a way to bring change.
I feel these two types who do not appear to be positive or negative in attitude or behaviour add a lot of value and momentum to the change management by not letting change appear as change but improvement. These are the people who appear to be in centre of middle rectangle of the model and may act as catalysts to change.
