Are career models and/or theories any different in a civilian company than a military organisation?
Can anybody help with career models and theories that would be relevant to the working in the military, I have a couple, but am not sure if they are relevant. I need to find the models which link to being career managed or not as the case might be!
I am using the psychological contract as one of them. Trying to fit, employees who don't think they are career managed, but financial looked after, don't like being seen as a number, but want to be seen as an individual. What relevance does the model have, and how is it changed over the years.
