Can anybody help with relevant career models and theories? I need to find models which link to being career managed or not as the case might be!
I am using the psychological contract as one of them. Trying to fit, employees who don't think they are career managed, but financial looked after, don't like being seen as a number, but want to be seen as an individual. What relevance does this model have, and how did it change over the years?
