													Good question. Some factors you can think of that can be used to stabilize an organization are:
Strategy
Organization structure (org chart)
Technology (for example the ERP system)
Systems (management control systems)
Processes
Organizational (shared) values
Organization culture
Staff of the organization
Satisfaction among employees about current organization
Leadership
Top management
Middle management
Lower management
Laws and regulations
Government
Etc.

You could also mention the external environment, provided that it is stable (a rare phenomenon these days 😉).
