2. Add detailed social media & digital marketing sub-processes + people + technology (2.0 and 3.0) that are involved.
3. Do a basic ABC
and 'cost your processes'
4. Detail capex and opex per process per period for measurement (social digital and analog)
5. Do the final math to ROI rates.
