E-Brainstroming
E-Brainstorming? I do not have any experience. Suffice to ask: are you referring to using video-conference technique? I think it far too expensive to do so. Besides what is the need for such e-brainstorming? You might consider using chat room method for brainstorming.

E-Brainstorming Applications
I have also thought a lot about e-brainstorming. Nowadays it's very common that people have their laptop at meetings.
It could be helpful if there was a way to handle suggestions from the participants and get them up on a common board.
It should act as a forum but you should be able to be anonymous. The system should also have the feature of being able to vote for suggestions. This could free the facilitator from some documentation and eliminates unreadable handwriting.
It could also be used moderated where the facilitator can bounce suggestions back to the sender asking for more clarifying text if the scope is too wide or difficult to understand.
