Network brainstorming (on the Internet) (electronic brainstorming) is as a process much more difficult than the traditional process conducted in one room: - Members of the group don't recognize and understand each other easily. - They create contradictory ideas, and the leader does not know what to do. - Difficulties in performing network technologies tend to emerge due to various aspects of the divergent process that precedes it - large numbers of messages, comments and different interpretations of the comments. - Same problems are related to the cognitive characteristics of the conversational process. Because of these reasons the network brainstorming process needs special support for making it more convergent.
