Network Brainstorming (via Internet)
Network brainstorming (on the Internet) (
electronic brainstorming) is as a
process much more difficult than the traditional process conducted in one room:
- Members of the group don't recognize and understand each other easily.
- They create contradictory ideas, and the leader does not know what to do.
- Difficulties in performing network technologies tend to emerge due to various aspects of the divergent process that precedes it - large numbers of messages, comments and different interpretations of the comments.
- Same problems are related to the cognitive characteristics of the conversational process.
Because of these reasons the network brainstorming process needs special support for making it more convergent.
It’s advisable to utilize a special Convergent Network Meeting System (CNMS), which is based as on using Electronic Brainstorming Systems (EBS) and Distributed Situation Centers Systems (DSCS), as the fundamental laws of thermodynamics, quantum semantics and ill-defined (ill-posed) problem solution methods.
