Convergent Brainstorming

If you want to be a leader you have to build team consensus on the objectives and ways of action. But the brainstorming process is very divergent. However a Network Brainstorming Process (Electronic Brainstorming, EBS) is more convergent. The members of your team have some time to watch and listen to colleagues, or read messages. It is useful to combine divergent brainstorming with convergent technologies for getting fast team members’ consensus on the objectives and ways of action.
