BPR Maturity Level Assessment for Completed Project and Project Proposal

	          		🔥NEW I am writing a dissertation on measuring the maturity level of projects under the BPR umbrella:

1. Completed project (in construction sector)

2. Completed proposal (for an ERP system)

I understand that both measurements areas are different, but all what is around in the literature is for the 1st type (completed project). There is no info on assessing the maturity level assessment for the 2nd type (the completed proposal ERP).

Any idea or insights for measuring both project BPR maturity? Appreciated.
