Bottom-up Approach in Projects

How do you apply the bottom-up approach in any project? Thanks...

Bottom-up approach in projects occurs at the kick-off stage of project.
At this stage you need to get buy-in from the stakeholders, the beneficiaries of the project, as well as your own labour force on the field of the project.
Let them know the main goal and the objectives of the project, time lines involved, cost component, specification, occupational or job hazard, risk and the need for safety and environmental issues etc. A positive buy-in will determine the achievement of the project goals.

If only all managers and leaders understood what you obviously already do, we would have many more terrific companies in the world in which to work! Keep up the good work, my good man!
