Take a look at the four C´s: Customer, Cost, Capability, Communication... It´s a marketing mix focusing on narrow markets, where you have to concentrate on customer satisfaction even more ("hidden champions", defined by Hermann Simon, would be the catchphrase in this issue)

All these P's of marketing evolve around the customer. They are all managed to ensure satisfaction - or even delight of the client.

Customer View and 3 More P's
Maybe customer experience can be interpreted based on Customers' Perception of the product/service, it's Philosphy, and values they attach to it to bring inner satisfaction or Peace so to say.
So we might add another 3 P's from the customers' point of view
- Perception
- Philosophy
- Peace (Inner peace or satisfaction gained from owning or experiencing the service).
