Sometimes I think marketers can get too hanged up with theories, that we forget the ' Customer Experience'. Though it doesn't start with a "P" per say but essentially they are the core of the Marketing Mix.

Take a look at the four C´s: Customer, Cost, Capability, Communication... It´s a marketing mix focusing on narrow markets, where you have to concentrate on customer satisfaction even more ("hidden champions", defined by Hermann Simon, would be the catchphrase in this issue)
