Best HR Management Books

I am interested in your top two HR/Management authors. Who do you think would make the list and why? What book(s) did they author and why do you think the book is important?
- I have followed Peter Senge (Dance of Change, 1996) and John Kotter (Leading Change) because they identify how organizations can effectively manage change.
- A third author that I follow is Jeffery Liker (The Toyota Way, 2004), who identifies the 14 foundational principles used by Toyota to create a quality learning organization.
Your feedback will also help me (and others) to identify HR and Management topics and books that may be of interest to other 12manage members. Thanks for your feedback. Regards, David.
