Best HR Management Books
I am interested in your top two HR/Management authors. Who do you think would make the list and why? What book(s) did they author and why do you think the book is important?
- I have followed Peter Senge (Dance of Change
, 1996) and John Kotter (Leading Change
) because they identify how organizations can effectively manage change.
- A third author that I follow is Jeffery Liker (The Toyota Way
, 2004), who identifies the 14 foundational principles used by Toyota to create a quality learning organization.
