Use of Situational Leadership by Teachers
As a teacher you should be careful not to forget that essentially "Teaching" is one of the 4 styles (S1). The essence of situational leadership is that you do NOT apply one and the same style to each student.
An unwilling, unmotivated student requires a different leadership style than a highly knowledgeable and motivated student.
By applying different styles to each type of student, you allow them to develop and grow in their own way.

'Use of Situational Leadership by Teachers'
@Jaap de Jonge: Yes, that's right, in fact I am not currently in the field of education, but I wanted to ask this question for the sake of the members who work in the field of education, and I believe that the role of the courses in order to enhance knowledge of the right way to apply the situational leadership model is important.
