I can fully agree with your statements. While I do not consider myself a "seasoned" leader, I have found that I need to approach different people differently in order to get them motivated and have the work accomplished. A leader really needs to realize that each employee is different and each situation can be different. While some may consider this a management style, I feel it is leadership because it addresses motivation and speaks to working relationships....Sign up
