Benchlearning Definition
Jaap de Jonge, Editor, Netherlands
Benchlearning is learning by looking at the way in which a leading (other) organization(s) in your field or industry approaches some process. It's the same as benchmarking. But it emphasizes the obvious thing: that you want to learn from your benchmarking efforts.

Benchlearning or Benchmarking
Tonnis van Dam, Business Consultant, Netherlands, SIG Leader
Benchlearning and benchmarking are the same. It is all about looking at how other organisations have come to excellent performance.
