Other Team Success Factors?
Florentin
No doubt: group performance is influenced by the kind of people making up the team. And surely Belbin's team composition framework can be a great help to look for optimal combinations of team roles.
But I am wondering: what other factors are determining if a (management) team will succeed or fail?

- Available resources, budget
- The level of empowerment
- Commitment and motivation of team members
- Incentives and rewards

Training
Maxime

Another basic factor is:
- A commonly held objective. Without that there is chaos.

Just to append:
- Experience and maturity of the team members also matter a lot.
