Not all teams are 9 people

Having performed / used the Belbin team role format, the one thing I found you need to be aware of is that some people can/should be used to fit more than one role and some people cannot/should not due to their personality / skills. Not all teams are 9 people and therefore multple roles will be played even unbeknown to the role player. You can also limit the roles needed in some cases to shorten the time taken to perform the task required.
