In fact there is no clear definition for the percentage uses in the model, it depends on your interpretation about what is high, for example, comparing the growth rate of the market that you are competing, the inflation rate, the GDP rate, and so on. If you are above these rates, you can say that is high enough for your analysis. I suggest you use some metrics regarding the sector involved.
