Extended RBV Approach

The problem of resource based theory lays in restricted definition of the resources as ontological objects. It seems to be rational to use certain properties of the resource set as a representation (isomorphic like type) for explaining interactions of the organization with the surroundings. One of the most prospective is utility of the resources. This way any manager can use internal and external utility as parameters.

	Combine RBV with Institutional-Based View It is useful to use the RBV and institutional-based view together. Then it is better applicable to decide whether financial capabilities give competitive adantage in a regulated economy.
