Remuneration is also an Important Factor in Employee Retention
Dear Sir, now that I am reading the interesting matters on employee attrition here, I got the impression that employees never love the jobs, but instead they love the money.
How much they get from the organisation depends on the satisfaction level.
I conclude job satisfaction is directly related to retention of employees. And remuneration helps to increase job satisfaction.
