Plan your Behavior!
As a life and business coach, all of my clients implicitly or explicitly prioritize their time to make the opportunity for themselves to plan their behaviour.
I would also suggest that all patients in the medical practices pyschotherapy are planning their behaviour either through necessity and/or choice.

Planning your Behaviour is Important
Yeah, I feel it is valid and practical, as managers and productive people we ought to plan everything. There is a saying: "If you don't know where you are going, then for sure you will end somewhere else."
