1. The economic situation of the place can dertemine the advertisers budget hence hence level of advertisment.
2. Customers behavior can also make advertisers to use a certain style of advertising to fit the customers hence effectiveness.
3. Advertisment goal also can make differences.
4. The level of creativity among advertisers can make them differ from place to place.
