I consider that the proposed model doesn't reflect the structure of an organization as a system, which is the basic nature of the classic 7S.
Positioning is a strategy, so it goes into the strategy S, mutual trust could be an essential shared value for the people of the organization, and so on...
The value of a model is it's potential to be applied to any organization and be particularised to its specific situation at a given moment.
Much more useful might be the 3P model of Bartlett and Ghoshal
