3C's Model and Supply Chain Strategy

While designing / re-engineering a supply chain one has to consider all 3 C's of Ohmae. The supply chain design should be based on
1. Corporation: corporate image, cost effectiveness, wastage & risk.
2. Customer service level, lead times
3. Competitor effectiveness in customer service and cost efficiency.

	3 C's Model and Supply Chain Strategy I like the 3C's ease and their simplicity. What about adding another C: Consult with your internal customer and or supplier in the supply chain regarding deliverables?

	3Cs are a Good First Guide The 3C's have actually simplified and eased my work. I agree they are a good first guide and should be followed. I like them because they are simple, clear and precise.
