3C is Simple Concept
Yes I agree the 3C model is a very simple concept. When any firm sets out to define/create a brand, that firm has to consider each of the three C's. And I think indeed these 3C are quite enough to solve most problems related with branding strategies.

3Cs Simple But Indeed Complete
Great contributions. 3Cs really cover in a simple way, the focus of a company's strategy:
- Corporate culture and context are part of the corporation structure, its purpose of being (mission, and vision), operation (int. & ext stakeholders), supply and demand chains.
- Customer, includes internal and external, suppliers, distribution channels and the consumer.
- Finally, the Competitor at all levels in in the industry structure, direct and indirect, rivals and competitors.
Managers and leaders that utilizes the 3C model must then see where they fit in their industry structure and market, who the competitors are, relationships with their suppliers, distributors and what value they offer their customers. Routine analysis of internal and external databases and SWOT of the company, the industry structure, trends, and customer needs, can effectively guide the direction of the company using the 3Cs.
