3C as a Change Management Tool
In considering ways to work with a simple model to use during any change management journey I worked with great people (Williams/de Weerd) who explained their 3C model as Concept (intellectual and blue{cold colour}); Commitment (emotional and red{warmcolour}) and Competence (practical and green{correct/go colour}). It also looks good graphically!!! On a regular basis progress can be measured against this model and it can be used as a tool across all areas of an organisation.
