How do You Prepare Participants for a 360 DFB?
I'm keen to learn how you introduce the concept to each 360 Degree Feedback (360 DFB) participant (the person at the centre of the 360, those who give their opinion, the one receiving the report, etc.).
4 years ago we commissioned independent research into how 360 DFB was being used and what the experience was like from an HRD/CHRO/CLO perspective (you can access the report "The Use and Experience of 360-Degree Feedback in Large UK Organisations"
here). The results were disappointing. Way too many respondents left the preparation to an internet document or even the email invite from the system.
How do you prepare various participants for a 360 DFB?
