Dealing with Non-constructive 360 Degree Feedback

I am new to this review process at my company. I have submitted names of a few colleagues to provide me feedback. However, certain colleagues are known for their hostile personality. I am afraid they may tear me down in their feedback of me.
Will I get a chance to provide feedback on them in this process? Or is this not how a 360 degree feedback works?
Wouldn't it be a better system if the people you review also review you, so it's a 2-way process? What would this type of feedback be called?

It's not a hostile process, but one of learning through perceptions of others. If we are open minded we will take the things in our stride, pick up pieces of positive advice and trash the rest. Do not worry about hostile personalities as they exist everywhere. Who knows they might end up giving you a piece of advice which will change your life positively forever. All the best!
