Dealing with Non-constructive 360 Degree Feedback

I am new to this review process at my company. I have submitted names of a few colleagues to provide me feedback. However, certain colleagues are known for their hostile personality. I am afraid they may tear me down in their feedback of me.
Will I get a chance to provide feedback on them in this process? Or is this not how a 360 degree feedback works?
Wouldn't it be a better system if the people you review also review you, so it's a 2-way process? What would this type of feedback be called?...Sign up
