Competitor and Complementor Analysis
Competitor analysis is usually a separate analysis such as competitor analysis in terms of 'direct' and 'in-direct'.
However, and in my opinion, there should also be a complementor analysis, because not all other organisations should be perceived as competitors: you never know when or if, in the future, you will need to be a customer and/or consumer of their products and/or services.
