Registering and renewing your premium membership

The costs for a Premium Membership are €169 ($) for the first year and €99 ($) to renew.

If you are not a 12manage member yet, go to the ordering page and follow the instructions.

If you already are a 12manage member, Login first and then click the "Upgrade to Premium"-button or the "Renew Premium"-button, depending on your situation.

Choose the payment method you prefer

Ordering Premium is straightforward in most cases. We are using a well-known, trusted and reliable intermediate payment provider (Bibit Global Payment Services) to ensure smooth international payments.

Depending on your country, you will be presented with a number of payment options to choose from, which may include:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• Regular Bank Transfer including Internet Banking

• Cheque

• Various local payment options

Make sure you follow the instructions on the screens and you will be done quickly.
 

I'm getting a 500-error

Not to worry, no money was transferred from your account. Your payment was not accepted.

This happened most likely because there is a problem with your credit card. Visa credit cards are often causing this problem, although many Visa payments are processed without any problems as well.

If this happens, we advise you to enter a new order while using another credit card. if that is not possible, pay via Bank Transfer, which includes Internet Banking. Or use another payment method that is available to you.
