Problem identification, research with sound hypothesis and strong real inferences with practical application of treatment is the realistic approach in modern management sciences.

After a long study of management sciences and teaching of maximum subjects in management sciences i come to the conclusion that it is problem identification in a logic way.
Organizations need to start a research work for that problem and need sound hypothesis for that problem.
Data collection technique is to be used properly like questionnaire, interview and personal observations. Sampling is important and it need practice by preparing workable sample by including all segments of the organization. Analysis is very important and tabulation are required for measure the frequencies and %s. Code words are also used most of the time for our analysed data. Discussion and the way of decision making should be stated clear for immediate action.
Now this is an important stage to take action and start treatment for the cause/causes of our organizational problem. There should be independent and dependent variables and most of the time moderate and intervening variable.
Identify these variables and start work on independent variable for treatment. We need to understand the experimental method is the way of treatment and checking the results of our treatment. We will continue until the problem will dissolve. From here we jump to another problem and we will repeat the above steps.
