Training effectiveness.

In the preceding decades, there has been a question mark about the declining performance efficiency of public sector in Pakistan. In the awake of performance gap in public sector, training intervention is imperative to develop the WF to fill the performance gap. Impact is required to come up in form of performance efficiency and effectiveness.

Role of training is expected to expand with the time. Benefits of training are enormous but doubts over its contribution still exist. Organizations spend a lot on training and need to know the pay off in form of training effectiveness. My favourite area of management is training effectiveness training and development.

I am conducting a survey study to assess the extent of impact of mangement support on training effectiveness in ten public organizations. The research under study aims to look for a tool or methodology to measure the outcome of supervisory support on TE.
