Delivery mechanism of an organisation- Human Analogy.

Delivery mechanism of an organisation can be optimized and can be similar to that of human being.For knowledge intensive organisations it is sense organs through which the knowledge is obtained and the mind which controls the knowledge becomes important.If we consider the organisation structure as visualized by the seers as mentioned in Madhu vidya and map it then it contains the entities of structure such as sense organs, the mind, the heart etc but also aspects of the being such as life, righteousness, cosmic body etc.With the advances in information technology, it is now at the stage where knowledge is getting transformed to wisdom. Knowledge is obtained from the sense organs and wisdom is obtained either by contemplation or by interpretation of an event with regard to what it means to the organisation in the current context. Using artificial intelligence concepts it is possible for machine interpretation. Either way an analogy which replicates human being with the sense organs in the mechanism will be useful.
If we consider the cross section AA cut across the delivery mechanism of human analogy then we have different aspects of the being such as physical, intellectual, emotional, bliss, conscious, subconscious and energy which aligns towards the spirit of the business objective.
Experience of human being depends on all above aspects.A structure that enables to store wisdom and making it available to the context which influences all the above aspects of the human being may help in the developing the culture of the organisation and it turn becomes a differentiating factor from one organisation to another organisation.
