Employees are the organization without them the organization does not function
managers you are really taking it to hard on your employees at times it is wiser to listen to their views i say no to authoritarian leadership at times i know that the is a need for one to do that but please do consult your workers when you do any decision making for this make them feel very important especially when that the employees have suggested is considered. Lets have the employees at heart despite the fact things are not well in the organization just put yourself in their shoes and be empathetic.
