In these days, change happens so dynamic and so rapid that organisations have been forced to re-think their business approaches. It is so diificult to adapt the new reality in such organization. Contacts in old years will either have reduced influence in these new organisations or have moved on, leaving sales companies in need of guidance as to the people to form relationships with. Customers are also more sophisticated and demanding - service elements that were previously considered desirable are now expected as the norm.They are now better informed to the availability of competitive data on the Internet. At the same time, it is not easy to differentiate product and service due to the widespread application of technology and the lightning speed with which comparative or improved offerings come to market in the global economy. Sales starategy becomes more important for every size of companies.
