It is necessary to Regulate Recruitment Practices in Nigeria.

Everyone seems to be some kind of recruitment consultant in my Country Nigeria. Still they all seem to receive patronage!
Surely some form of professional enforcement and regulation is required.
Also we need to inform job seekers to be cautious regarding recruitment processes that require payment of some form of fee.

The integrity of professional recruitment resides in its competitiveness, merit, openness; all summed up in the Equal Opportunity Employer affirmation. Recruitments requiring successful candidates to take passport photographs on site for a fee, for candidates who are successful to pay returns to the so called recruiters, etc must be closely tracked. Malicious practices should be exposed and sanctioned.
