7 Leadership Roles

He or she is a born leader.

Leadership roles are whichever formal or informal. In formal roles, leaders have a chosen responsibility within their position that causes employees to follow them. Informal roles include situations in which leaders use personal traits like empathy, charisma, inspiration and kindness to naturally motivate others to act.
How often have we heard the comment, “He or she is a born leader?” There are certain individualities found in some people that seem to logically put them in a position where they’re looked up to as a leader.
Whether in fact a person is born a leader or develops skills and abilities to become a leader is open for consideration. There are some clear characteristics that are found in good leaders. These qualities can be developed or may be naturally part of their personality. Let us discover them further.
